The ordering process explained
Every custom underfloor heating system is ordered through the following six steps:
1. Get an approximate quotation:
The quickest way to get a quotation from us is to fill out a quotation request form. This way we get all the data we need in the format we need it to be able to give you an approximate quotation within one business day!
2. Send us your plans:
When you have received a quote from us and you have decided to go ahead with it the next step is to e-mail us the final plans so that we can make a pipe design drawing for you. If we are busy it might take us a couple of days to complete a pipe design drawing.
3. Confirm the pipe design:
After receiving the pipe design drawing you check if everything is in order (if the pipe circuits correspond to the area that you plan to heat) or if there is anything that needs to be changed.
4. Get an exact quotation:
As soon as we have agreed on a pipe design we will e-mail you an exact quotation that is based on the pipe design.
5. Place the order:
Just give us the final go-ahead and we will process the order for you. We ask everyone to pay 50% of the invoice total up front and the rest upon delivery. You can pay online using credit card (including American Express) or PayPal, or by regular bank transfer off course.
6. Receive the underfloor heating system:
As soon as we have received your payment the underfloor heating system will be packed and sent on pallets from the factory in northern Sweden. It usually takes about 8 business days for the pallets to be delivered to an address in the UK.
